Thanksgiving is just a couple weeks away!
It's so hard to believe that Thanksgiving will be here shortly. It's no doubt that the holidays will look different this year due to COVID. For those of us used to large family gatherings, the holidays will present a unique challenge. However, I encourage you to find creative ways to spend time with your family this holiday season.
With cases rising daily and states going back to stricter rules and restrictions, these holidays will be different from years past. No doubt many families will feel the impact and emotions will vary with many feeling they are missing out on family traditions.

What is "matrescence"? Matrescence is the period after motherhood where a woman transitions and in essence gives birth to becoming a mother. It is in essence the process of becoming a mother.
My guest today Emma & Mackenzie from the ABCs of Matrescence podcast join me to discuss all of those physical, psychological and emotional changes you go through after the birth of your child. Emma & Mackenzie met each other in a Facebook group and bonded over a few life experiences.
