The holidays can be a stressful time. It's important now, more than ever to learn how to practice self-care during the holiday season. Parties, celebrations, days off, kids out of school, dinners, gift buying, etc., etc., etc, things can get really hectic.
Sadly, when life gets hectic the first thing that goes out the door is self-care. We push self-care to the back burner and prioritize everything else. It's so easy to stop taking care of yourself when life gets busy, however, that is the last thing you want to do during the holidays.
